makes - 1.5 - 2 litres
Ingredients:
4 ripe mangos, flesh removed and skinned
juice from 3 limes
1 cup sugar syrup
To make sugar syrup mix one cup of water and 1 cup of caster sugar in a saucepan, bring to boil and reduce heat, simmer whilst stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool completely. Place mango flesh, lime juice and sugar syrup in a food processor and puree until smooth. Place in ice cream maker and churn for 30 minutes. Pour into a freezer safe dish, cover and freeze for 2 hours. That's it:) Enjoy xxx
